2. Selection Process, Exam pattern and Syllabus
The selection process of Special Police Officer at JK Police will comprise of
- Written Test- two papers:
- Main Exam
- Qualifying type local language test (50 questions and 1 hour duration)
- Physical Efficiency Test:
- Physical Standards:
- Male: Height- 160 cm; Chest- Min. 80 cm un-expanded & 85 cm when expanded
- Female: Height- 148 cm
- Physical Efficiency Test:
- Male: Race- 1600 mtrs in 6 minutes; Long Jump- 14 feet; High Jump- 3’9” feet
- Female: Race- 1600 mtrs in 8 minutes; Long Jump- 10 feet; High Jump- 3 feet
